Until recently, most of my kitchen experiments stayed indoors. But my obsession with deep, smoky flavours finally pushed me outside. So now I’m taking a blowtorch to tradition and seeing what happens when you throw tofu, seitan, and veg on the grill instead of meat.
Smoking Hot Vegan is my journey from “what even is a chimney starter?” to “hold my beer, I’m smoking jackfruit.” I’ve never barbecued before, and that’s kind of the point—this is a no-experts-allowed zone where the only rule is “make it delicious (or at least entertaining).”
